美国CENTURY推出LPG双级整体式调压器C-MR-1

 美国CENTURY公司近期推出双级整体式调压器C-MR-1。该调压器可用于将最高250PSI压力的LPG蒸发气直接进行调压至燃气发动机可接受的压力范围,并配合汽化器( carburetor)和其他适配器的运行。该调压器可用于最大30-35HP(22-26KW)的燃气发动机。以下为产品介绍。

Description(描述)
 
The   C-MR-1   Regulator is a compact two stage double diaphragm type regulator designed specifically for use with small – air cooled engines. It combines both primary and final secondary stage regulator into a single compact unit. The regulator is simple to mount on any engine by means of a multi -  purpose type bracket. The regulator fuel inlet received fuel from the fuel tank and the fuel out flows to the carburetor or adaptor. 
 
C-MR-1是一款结构紧凑的双级双膜片调压器,专门设计用于小型空冷发动机。该款调压器,将一级和二级调压结构置于一个整体的紧凑装置中。采用多用途的夹具,该调压器可以很容易地安装在任何发动机上。其进口连接燃料罐,而出口连接汽化器或者适配器。
 
 
Operation (运行)
 
 Vaporized fuel is admitted to the regulator inlet at tank pressure (up to 250 psi). Since the secondary valve is closed, the pressure on the internal side of the primary diaphragm builds up until it overcomes the spring acting on the other side of the diaphragm. The primary valve is held open by the primary diaphragm spring until the pressure in the primary chamber reaches 2 to 3 psi, at which point the force on the diaphragm balances the spring force and closes the valve. The secondary diaphragm, actuated by vacuum obtained from the carburetor or 
adaptor acts against the secondary valve spring. As this vacuum begins acting on the diaphragm, the diaphragm is moved nearer the center of the regulator, opening the secondary valve. As more fuel is required, vacuum from the carburetor or adaptor increases, causing the secondary valve to open further, admitting more fuel. When fuel is flowing, the pressure on the primary diaphragm is lowered slightly, permitting the spring to open the primary valve to attempt to bring the pressure back to 3 psi.   
 
气化后的燃料,以气罐压力(最高250PSI,即1.7MPA)进入调压器的入口。当进入时,二级阀在闭合状态,在一级膜片的内侧,压力就建立起来了,直至压力克服了弹簧加在另一侧上的压力。通过一次膜片和弹簧的作用,一级阀保持在打开状态,直至一级腔室的压力在2-3 PSI。在2-3PSI区间的一个压力点上,膜片压力和弹簧的作用力,导致阀门关闭。二级膜片,由汽化器或者适配器形成的真空,与另一侧二级弹簧的作用力差来驱动。当真空形成时,二级膜片向调压器的中间位移,从而打开二级膜片。当需要更多的燃气时,由汽化器或者适配器形成的真空度量增加,导致二级阀开度增加,使得更多的燃气进入。当燃气流动时,在一次膜片上的压力会有一些降低,使得弹簧作用力将一级阀开度增加,把燃气压力恢复至3PSI。
